Magee Rehabilitation in Center City - Philadelphia is currently hiring for a Relief RN Supervisor to work EITHER every 2nd weekend or 4th weekend of every month
At Magee Rehab the staff assists patients in adapting to an altered lifestyle, while providing a therapeutic environment. The RN does this by designing and implementing treatment strategies that are based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care and that promote physical, psycho-social and spiritual health.
The Relief Supervisors are responsible for:
- Serving as a role model/mentor for students and other staff.
- Performs patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice.
- Participates in reviewing and/or implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.
- BSN Required
- 3-5 years of clinical exp. in either a medical/surgical or ICU setting
- At least 1-2 years of supervisor exp.
- Must be able to work either every 2nd or 4th weekend every month
- 12 hour shifts
- Flexible with a rotating schedule
Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
