**Your assignment**

As a Supply Chain Buyer/Planner, you will be a critical member of our sourcing team by strategically purchasing product and implementing sourcing strategies to fulfill our growing product demands.

* Be an outstanding teacher, listener and communicator with our vendors and manufacturing partners

* Provide leadership, oversight, and day to day management of key product categories

* Lead the effort to review supplier performance and make recommendations for sourcing strategies

* Maintain a consistent supply of product to meet current and future demands

* Manage PO placement, review, warehouse rebalancing, repack orders, and track through facility delivery

* Participate and lead cross functional projects and initiatives including but not limited to supply chain improvements, new product developments, and strategic sourcing reviews

**Minimum Requirements**

* Supply Chain, Business Management, or Engineering Degree (BA/BS)

* 5+ years supply chain / sourcing experience

* Demonstrated experience and capability in regards to proactive process and results improvement

* Strong working knowledge of international supply chain management

* Highly capable written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP applications

* Value both the opportunity to do well professionally and grow personally

* Evidence of continuing servant leadership, self-development, and a bias towards action
