Position: Account Manager / Sales - HVAC&R

Location: Remote w/ 50%-75% travel requirement

Description: Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Account Manager will be responsible for selling to large-scale HVAC&R customers within an assigned geographic region.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree required
- 5+ years industrial sales experience in the HVAC&R OEM market REQUIRED (candidates must have experience selling to OEMs to be considered for this role)
- Experience within the Heat Exchanger market specifically is HIGHLY DESIRED
- Applicants should already have a network built with OEMs - with HVAC manufacturers and/or Heat Exchanger manufacturers.
- Must be able to travel 50%-75%. International travel may be required, on occasion, including Mexico.
- Must have stable employment history (candidates having multiple positions with less than 2-3 years of tenure with each employer will not be considered)

Compensation will include base salary + quarterly incentive. Currently focusing on candidates whose experience/education will command a base salary in the $80K-$100K range.
