About the Role

At F.I.R.S.T. Institute, our Sr. Admission Representatives guide school applicants through the application and admissions process by helping them to assess their skills, education, and career goals to choose the best program for them.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Following up with students via phone, SMS, and email.
  • Interviewing prospective students for enrollment
  • Preparing students to start class by securing housing and other logistics for school
  • Giving our prospective students a tour of our facility both virtually and in person
  • Following up with students who have expressed interest in the program.
Schedule
  • 2 Days a week until 6 pm
  • 2 Days a week until 7 pm
  • Fridays off by 3 pm
  • Off Saturday and Sunday
Recommended Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience in a sales position or customer service-related field
Requirement
  • High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to physically access and navigate each department at our facility.

The salary range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
