Deze functie staat open binnen de Business Line Natural Resources (Agri Commodities)**,** welke zich bezig houdt met het controleren en beheren van alle (kwaliteits-)aspecten gedurende de gehele handelsketen op het gebied van Agri-bulk en vegoils.

**Functieomschrijving**

Als Customer service medewerker - inspectie op de afdeling Agri Commodities voer je veelal administratieve werkzaamheden uit. Na een interne opleiding sta je in voor het correct, efficint en effectief administratief behandelen van klantenopdrachten, van begin tot eind. Je ondersteunt onze inspecteurs op technisch, administratief en organisatorisch vlak, zet een klantenopdracht om in een uitvoerbare werkopdracht. Dit betekent dat je zorg draagt voor de verzending van stalen en inspectierapporten beoordeelt. Het opstellen van facturen, certificaten en rapporten hoort bij je dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Kortom: je bent een spin in het web Om je taken zo goed mogelijk uit te voeren heb je nauw contact met klanten, collega's en derden (denk aan de planning, labos, inspecteurs, stuwadoors, scheepsagenten en leveranciers) en zoek je de samenwerking op met collega's.

**Functie-eisen**

Om als Customer service medewerker - inspectie aan de slag te kunnen, heb je het volgende nodig:

* Je hebt affiniteit met internationale handel;

* Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met vegoild of in een agriculturele, logistieke setting;

* Je hebt ervaring in administratie werkzaamheden;

* Je werk kan met momenten druk zijn en onverwachte problemen kunnen de kop opsteken. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een problem-solver die nooit zijn of haar klantgerichtheid uit het oog verliest;

* Je spreekt en schrijft voeiend Engels, Duits is een pre.
