Position SummaryThis role provides advanced specialist support in the correspondingquality field and acts as a senior member of the Quality team to meetthe goals and objectives of the department and potentially other servicelines. Works to support the development and communication of the overallVersiti quality program. Ensures that all Versiti service lines receiveguidance and support from Quality to enable them to obtainorganizational goals. Responsibilities Core Quality Responsibilities *Supports Manager in executing the Quality Plan and ensuring compliancewith applicable regulations and standards. * Identify and developquality system improvements. * Integrates continuous improvementpractices adopted by Versiti into quality systems, education, andimprovement activities. * Supports internal/external assessments asassigned and facilitates optimal communication between the departmentand the inspector/assessors. * Reviews charts, tables, etc. to analyzequality metrics. Identifies areas requiring action based on qualitymetrics. Communicates and works collaboratively with service lines todevelop appropriate actions. * May review and approve standardoperating procedures, validation plans and results, corrective actionplans associated with events, and other required documents forcompliance as required. * May review regulatory and standardschanges/updates for impact on existing processes.
