VP of Finance - Local Phoenix AZ Candidates only
Vaco is seeking an experienced VP of Finance to join a dynamic company in the Phoenix area. In this role, you will oversee all financial matters, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning, to ensure the company's financial health and growth, while also advising senior management on financial strategies.

Responsibilities include:
Developing and executing financial strategies, conducting financial planning and analysis, and forecasting future financial performance.
Leading the budgeting process, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial forecasting.
Identifying and mitigating financial risks, implementing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA REQUIRED.
BIG 4 company experience preferred.
Public company experience required.
