As a key member of the Warehouse Management application, the Sr. Product Manager will accelerate us towards generating business value across the whole Koerber product suite. Working to ensure our warehouse management application delivers value on a global scale, incorporating the knowledge from customers, partners, services, support, and sales teams.

What a Day In The Life Looks Like

Possesses an understanding of the end-to-end supply chain domain and the Koerber product suite.
Reasonably demo product for 30-60 min speaking to product benefits.
Drive product strategy, release goals, and features as market-driven advantages.
Develop and manage pricing strategy along with delivering a revenue forecast and roadmap.
Communicate customer requirements with product development and product owners.
Own Release Readiness and Product Governance to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption by all departments.
Partner with the field marketing team to deliver product management content necessary for product collateral and customer webinars.
Define and own the core positioning and messaging for the product.
Own customer and partner advisory boards' agenda and direction.
Ensure API integrations to relevant KSC products.
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
Rolling 6 months SWAGs of initiatives.
Communicate customer requirements with product development and product owners.
Propose an overall budget to ensure success.
Brief internal & external press, analysts, and represent Koerber in trade conferences.

What You Bring To The Team

A good understanding of modern data architectures and ETL techniques would be highly beneficial.
Experience using Agile tools like DevOps Azure.
Experience coordinating and running workshops.
Experience using Product Management tools including Aha and Figjam.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both the planning and development of products.
