Who we’re looking for
Minimum of 1-3 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or stem related preferred
Introduction to performance marketing, growth marketing, and data analytics
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
Strong values in growth mindset, grit, adaptability, and creative thinking
