Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Review title documents and release instructions to determine if the request is warranted .
- Releasing titles to the buyers, using information provided by the client.
- Review release queues as needed.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Oral Communication - Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions. Written Communication - Able to read and interpret written information. Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Quantity - Completes work in timely manner.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Experience with vehicle titles, DMV's or auto dealers preferred. Accurate keyboarding skills and must type 40-45 WPM.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Good verbal communication skills.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Analytical ability. Ability to work independently.
Computer Skills:
AS/400, Microsoft preferred
