As a group, we aim to become the most esteemed automotive group by treating people R.I.G.H.T and creating lifetime customers Here’s why you’ll want to work here: + Paid training and real career growth + Competitive compensation package + Great people with a great culture + Paid Time Off and 401k with Company match + Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-term disability, AD&D and Life Insurance + Year-end bonus program for all employees (Garff Giveback) + Employee discounts on Vehicle Purchase, Parts, Service and More Here’s what you’ll be doing: + List and price all sales orders + Report lost sales each day to Parts Secretary + Secure agreement/purchase order from qualified wholesale customer covering cost, transportation method, and payment with special attention given to first-time or occasional buyers + Obtain authorization from customer if original agreement changes; delivery date, transportation cost or availability + Enter all wholesale orders into order processing and delivery system in the order in which they are received + Provide necessary information for special and emergency orders to Parts Secretary + Maintain back order file + Notify all special-order customers upon arrival of parts + Complete a written purchase order for all outside parts and services and obtain management approval + Ensure customer understand dealerships policy on returns, damage, over ship, shortage, and credit + Maintain catalogs, technical bulletins, and price schedules as requested + Respond to telephone in accordance to dealership policy + Contact assigned customer list weekly, providing follow-up and solicitation of new business + Read and understand all federal, state, and local regulations regarding wholesale part sales + Operate and maintain dealership owned equipment in a manner consistent with dealership policy What you’ll need: + 2 or more years of experience selling wholesale parts in the automotive industry + Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills + Strong level of professionalism and sincere desire to serve the customer + Must be minimum 18 years old + High School diploma or equivalent + A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (( We Hear You )) You're in for a great ride (excuse the car metaphor) We're not your standard dealership or group of dealerships and we're pretty darn proud of that.
