Call on and present to medium sized groups and one-on-one, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quoting appropriate prices. Call on adjusters and contractors to develop relationships for future revenue streams. Expanding existing customers and building customer loyalty. Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and employment engagement initiatives. Meet pre-determined revenue goals through individual activities and activities of direct reports. Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications. REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES: High School graduation or equivalent Previous experience in a sales representative role, preferably B2B, a plus One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics. Positive and Enthusiastic Strong intrapersonal skills Exceptional written, verbal communication, presentation and social media skills Excellent customer relationship skills Familiarity with data analysis and reporting Hardworking, persistent, and dependable Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment. Demonstrated capacity to think "outside the box", communicate and sell new ideas.
