Responsibilities:- Works collaboratively with the leadership team to optimize the organizational and logistical processes within the Academic Health Care Centers
- Oversees the staff to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures and standardize a continuous process improvement.
- Conducts and organizes onboarding and staff training programs along with offering professional and staff engagement opportunities/activities.
- Utilize patient data from insurance companies to assist with closing care gaps.
- Serves as the point of contact for patients to discuss any concerns regarding their visit.
- Maintains professional relations through direct communication and the fostering of positive collegial relationships and work environment.
- Identifies and recommends operational enhancements and efficiencies to reduce costs and increase efficiency and quality.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preferred field of expertise: Preferance for managerial experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing, and positive personality
- Strong computer skills
- Achievement-oriented - you enjoy taking on challenges
- Able to handle group dynamics (help bringing unity to a diverse group).

Minimum Salary:USD $70,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Salary:
USD $80,000.00/Yr.
