Apply Hilti Global Best Practices to Transportation Productivity to drive accuracy and transparency to deliver results

Drive continuous improvement and cost savings in HNA Logistics based on learnings of Global Hilti Logistics

Select, train, and manage team performance of Logistics Specialists

Build out automation within the cost management, analytics, and reporting function including maintaining the Cost dashboard and supporting the build out of Transportation Management System (TMS) and Freight Payment Audit tool

Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in alignment with the Global Tool Effective ShopFloor Management Scorecard

**What you need is:**

* Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or MIS, required

* Minimum three (3) years work experience in a supply chain functional area

* In depth understanding of Hilti Global Logistics Best Practices

* Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

* Ability to build key business relationships

* Demonstrated aptitude for understanding service capabilities of various transportation modes with knowledge of transportation terms and concepts

* Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation)

* Demonstrated coaching, leadership, and decision-making skills with ability to motivate others toward common targets

* High level of planning, organizing, and problem-solving skill with attention to detail
