The event coordinator will be responsible for organizing small in-person events, trade show exhibits in EMEA, LATAM, and the US, as well as providing administrative support for an online employee logo store. This outreach is essential for building the company's brand, contributing to revenue growth and financial strength, and ensuring a solid return on investment. The events may include industry conventions, educational seminars/workshops, advisory meetings, and signature events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:
The Event Coordinator must independently plan, manage, and execute each event lifecycle in partnership with stakeholders and the Global Events Manager.
Examples include but are not limited to planning meetings, contracts, payments, review of exhibit kits and ordering appropriately, budgets, coordination of shipment with in-house S&R team, event timelines, etc.
Play a role in the conceptual and strategic development of events and tradeshow activations.
Prepare all essential event documents, including but not limited to, event timelines, contracts, RFPs, “All You Need to Know”, and logistic overview.
Collaborate with Marketing partners on event-related communications, including promotional materials, booth graphics, registration forms, company website, etc.
Maintain current and accurate event files, all to be saved in the appropriate event folder on the department share drive accessible to all team members.
Flexible to perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Who we’re looking for:
Experience in planning successful in-person meetings and events with varied levels of attendance
3-7 years serving as an events coordinator in a global marketing environment preferred
College degree
Passionate, positive, solution-oriented, self-motivated, self-starting, and a creative thinker
Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and ability to work under tight deadlines
Thinks proactively, takes action and/or engages Manager when challenges arise.
Gather feedback and address future opportunities with meeting hosts and managers.
Builds relationships with all partners/suppliers internal and external.
Must possess Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Self-starter who leads through positive influence and encourages a high degree of collaboration and creativity
Proven knowledge in budgeting and in finding custom solutions to creative, informative event experiences
Ability to interface with all levels of management and colleagues with ease and confidence
Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand more than 4 hours at a time.
Previous experience with Salesforce.com, iCapture, and brand store management desired, but not required
Must be able to demonstrate competency in prior event planning and contributions to business success. Examples could include sharing planning forms, processes, event logistics documentation, RFP planning, etc. that drove successful business growth.
