Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Training and Development Manager for our client in the alcoholic beverage industry Apply Now

Contract: W2, 6- Months (Extension/Conversion Possible for the right Candidate)

Pay Range: 70-80/Hour Based on YOE

Location: Louisville, KY, 40216, 100% Onsite (10% Travel Involved)

Duties:

  • Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate all capability building programs aligned with business objectives and site mission. (Clear Capability assessed and Training plans in place with internal & external vendors or Subject Matter Experts).
  • Development and train practical, theoretical and technical training.
  • Prepare training module content, facilitate notes and training facilities & equipment in safe working order.
  • Deliver strategic and tactical objectives for improvement of our site.
  • Conduct Business Training Needs Assessment by assessing the capability needs of each department to ensure that annual shift preference moves are transitioned appropriately.
  • Manage/Develop Master Training Matrix to track the capabilities for each crew/department.

Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience
  • AI experience is a plus
  • Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree required. Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Training and Development or Human resources Management or Organizational Development
  • Business skills. Training and development managers must understand business operations in order to match training with business goals. They also need to be able to plan and adhere to budgets.
  • Instructional skills. Need to understand the fundamentals of teaching and lesson planning. In addition to developing training, they may lead courses or seminars.
  • Leadership skills. Must be able to organize, motivate, and instruct those working for them.
