RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish from the administrative side of the process.
  • Execute parts orders with expediency and accuracy.
  • Communicate with customers on the status of all parts orders in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with our internal staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience with auto parts sales. The parts experience does not have to be in a dealership environment nor our brands.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • CDK experience helpful but not required
