**Full Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced Site Leader to organize and oversee the janitorial operations of a store. This Site Leader will oversee the day-by-day of the Janitorial Services in that location. Will also be responsible for the whole site and leading sub teams responsible for several sectors of the store, such as Dish, Housekeeping and Carts. Will also be responsible for all the admin tasks related to employee management, inventory control and hours budget control.

**Responsibilities**

Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.

Ensure that the Store is clean, organized and well maintained.

Lead a team of department Supervisors and Janitor workers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals

Responsible for all the admin requirements of the position, such as, but not limited to, hiring, time reporting, and disciplinary process.

Ensure compliance with companys policies and operational guidelines

Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions

Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it

**Skills**

Proven experience as store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role

Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles

Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Experience on strip/waxing floor and concrete work/polish is a plus
