with branch team members to proactively meet CCI customers’ expectations by delivering exceptional customer service at the branch sales counter, over the phone, and via email.

Assist walk-in customers and respond to inbound sales calls and emails Place outgoing phone calls to customers to obtain required information to complete the sale of a previously ordered product or service Provide quotes, order entry, order follow up, product and application information and other requests as required by the customer Address sales backlog issues to ensure accurate and expedient order shipment Accurately enter and acknowledge orders placed via phone, fax, mail, e-mail and/or customer’s electronic PO portal Proactively problem solve for customers who have experienced an error with their order and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Resolve customer concerns pertaining to products and services Perform shipping, receiving and inventory duties as required Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of related work experience Proficiency in customer service skills and proactive selling Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use company software General working knowledge of the BAS and/or HVAC industry, BAS/HVAC applications and products Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds unassisted
