What youll be doing:

  • Diagnose and repair refrigeration, evaporative condensers, ice machines, water pumps, compressors, air handlers, electric motors, and HVAC units, ensuring optimal performance with zero call backs
  • Perform preventative maintenance on the above equipment to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Travel throughout Eastern MA as needed
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC/R or refrigeration service
  • Familiarity with VRF systems and grocery store refrigeration is essential
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and professional attitude
  • Good driving record and valid State Driver License
  • Ability to be on call on a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • EPA Type II certification (required)
  • HVAC/R License/Certification in the State of MA (preferred)
  • Clean driving record with no violations
