Position Overview:

As a Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all on-site activities for commercial ground-up projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors, including Commercial, Office, Medical, K-12, Retail, and Restaurant spaces. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ground-up construction within the Dallas area and a proven track record of managing successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee daily operations on-site, coordinating and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality, addressing any issues promptly to ensure project specifications and client expectations are met.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction and minimizing delays.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial status to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project records, including daily logs, change orders, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects in Dallas.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience in managing projects within Commercial, Office, Medical, K-12, Retail, and Restaurant sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Education: Relevant degree or certifications in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Licenses: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
