The Specialist will actively participate in developing architectural, structural, and/or MEP models of existing structures from point cloud data and supporting plan sets. This role involves working with the 3D Services BIM team, Reality Capture group, and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) teams. Responsibilities:

Participate in internal team meetings to review modeling scope and level of development. Conduct Revit-based architectural, structural, and/or MEP modeling from existing conditions point clouds. Provide progress updates to the BIM-EX Project Manager regarding timelines and deadlines. Review and coordinate existing plan sets or third-party models to ensure geospatial data accuracy. Model to USIBC Level of Development 200 or 300 for existing conditions from point clouds. Support VDC tasks and modeling scope as defined by the VDC team. Required Qualifications and Skills:

2+ years of industry experience or related college experience. Minimum of 2 years of Revit experience. Prior experience in using point clouds for modeling is advantageous. Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks is a plus. Understanding of Revit Worksets and Family-based modeling. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and self-motivation. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
