CMMI Maturity Level III and ISO 9001 - 2015 certified. Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement. •Analyze and interpret user feedback to enhance the overall user experience. •Ensure that all digital products comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508). •Develop and maintain accessibility guidelines and best practices. •Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to integrate accessibility into the design and development process. •Perform accessibility audits and provide recommendations for remediation. •Create and present reports on usability and accessibility findings to stakeholders. •Advocate for accessibility and promote awareness within the organization. •Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX and accessibility. •Provide training and support to team members on accessibility and inclusive design.

Experience :-

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design and accessibility analysis. •Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies. •In-depth knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508).

•Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. •Experience with accessibility evaluation tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, JAWS). •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Education:-

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certification:-

Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies - CPACC is a plus.
