About the Position:

Lund is seeking a skilled Residential Clinician to provide comprehensive therapeutic clinical support in a residential treatment setting for parents with mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities include individual treatment, therapeutic groups, crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals.

Clinicians are part of a collaborative effort to improve practice in responding effectively to support family systems impacted by substance use disorders.

Clinicians facilitate therapeutic groups and individual counseling to support clients to achieve client-identified goals.

Full-time position.

Lund offers support in achieving mental health and/or substance use treatment licensure through training and supervision.

Non-Licensed pay at $27.50/hr. Licensed at $33.70/hr.

What We Look For:
  • Masters in psychology, social work, or counseling required.
  • LADC and mental health licensures or eligibility is preferred.
  • Additional salary consideration for licensure.
  • Experience with family centered practice preferred.
  • Solid assessment, documentation and narrative writing skills essential.
  • Must work well independently yet collaboratively in residential treatment and child welfare settings with a multi-disciplinary team.

    • Upon conditional offer of employment, must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
    • Ability to deescalate and resolve sensitive situations respectfully.
