Additionally, the specialist serves as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Relationship management with clients is crucial, as the specialist works to understand their needs and goals, providing personalized solutions and ongoing support. Gathering client feedback and advocating for product improvements are also key responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Sales: The specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients and selling them on the benefits of EServ Business Operations software. This involves prospecting, cold calling, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to secure new business.

Customer Onboarding: Once a company has agreed to use EServ software, the specialist will be involved in the transition and onboarding process. This includes helping the new client set up their account, providing training on how to use the software, and ensuring a smooth transition from their previous system to EServ.

Customer Service: The specialist will serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or technical issues they may have with the software. They will strive to provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be crucial. The specialist will work to understand each client's unique needs and goals, providing personalized solutions and ongoing support to help them maximize the value of EServ software.

Feedback and Improvement: Gathering feedback from clients about their experiences with the software and using that information to drive product improvements and enhancements will be part of the specialist's role. They will act as a liaison between clients and the development team, advocating for features and changes that will benefit users.

Qualifications include:

2-3 years sales experience (software sales experience a plus)

Experience with cold call sales (experience with web scrubs, email and social media campaigns preferred)

2-3 years customer service experience

Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently

Comfortable speaking in front of groups

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Outstanding organizational skills

Ability to multi-task

Proficient in multiple software programs, including but not limited to; office, outlook, excel, CSV…

A passion for customer service

Ability to develop positive professional relationships

Education:

Must have HS Diploma and 5 or more years in a leadership role. Military background a plus.

Working Environment/Safety Requirements:

The working environment for this position is mainly indoors, in an office setting. Travel may be required at times.
