Come join our team as a Business Coordinator Our ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to efficiently manage projects and office-related tasks, and perhaps even some bookkeeper experience. Responsibilities

Partner with business teams and outside vendors to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, using accounting software. Support our founder by coordinating meetings and managing email communications Coordinate customer and investor visits Manage office facilities, addressing any maintenance or logistical issue Own office inventory and support onboarding of new employees Qualifications

Self-starter, quick learner, and willing to tackle any assignment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and strong attention to detail. Proficient with Google Suite and Slack. Bachelor’s degree preferred This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Formlogic requires proof of status prior to employment. If offered employment with Formlogic, a job offer may also be contingent upon a background investigation which may include interviews with past employers. That investigation may also include criminal background, driving record, references, and other background checks.
