Reports to Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Property Manager, and/or Property Manager on all operational matters concerning the Front Desk Department. Announce all visitors, contractors, etc, to residence owners before allowing them to go up and permit only to authorize visitors. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have Customer Service Experience Must have reliable transportation Must have good communications skills Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
