Key accountabilities 1. Managing engineering projects including Industry 4.0 digitalization 2. Responsible for product line yield and quality 3. Support/lead Continuous Improvements and Lean initiatives 4. Support ISO9001, ISO14001 and Iso45001 audits 5. Conduct RMA/DOA evaluations 6. Incorporate ECs in production and ensure its full implementation 7. Create, update work instructions and train production technicians 8. Support mass production of NPI 9. Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible engineering records as well as maintain accurate BOMs, routings, work instructions and ISO documents

Requirements Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Science disciplines. Bachelor’s degree in engineering. At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / production engineering. Experience in Industry 4.0, Lean and Six Sigma. Lean 6 sigma and Industry 4.0 experience. Knowledge in analytical instruments will be an advantage. Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001and 45001. Experience in developing Work Instructions, BOM structure and routing hour. Good communication skills both verbal and written.
