JOB SUMMARY: Program Manager - Change Management

Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:

The Program Manager for Change Management works with Project Management to provide leadership in implementing changes that result from technical projects that introduce new hardware/software to Avangrid Networks. Avangrid Networks has adopted the Prosci Methodology for change management to best realize the benefits of the new technology being introduced. Change management activities include project change impact analysis and assessment, project communication, resistance, coaching and training planning and leading or directing change management plan implementation. This position requires periodic travel as required to effectively support a project.

This position reports to Cindy Witt, Manager Quality Management within the Process & Systems business area.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

Develop Project specific change management strategy. Lead Project change impact assessment and develop Project change management plans. Provide leadership for all change management activities and the implementation of change management plans. Perform training and provide training support Provide post Go-Live support and performance measurement and reporting Fill the role of lead change management member with respect to accomplishing day-to-day goals and provide direction and lead decision making. Promote/Facilitate the development and implementation of standard processes and procedures. Work with other members of the Quality Management team to Identify and initiate process change in Avangrid Networks through research, planning and change management and training activities.

Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree and Prosci Change Manager Practitioner Certificate
A minimum of 2 years of leading change management in projects using the Prosci methodology.
Experience in leading teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Teams)
