Clinicial Supervisor (AIS)Classification: Full-Time / Direct-HireFil Staffing is looking for a Clinicial Supervisor (AIS) to work Onsite in San Francisco.Summary:Fil Staffing is working with a client nonprofit in San Francisco that aims to provide families in the bay area to live with understanding, confidence, straight, and joy. The mission is to be the place to begin for children, youth and families who need mental health, social services and academic support.Responsibilities:This position provides clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision to the Acute Intensive Services Programs: Residential, Hospital Diversion (HD), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).Provides clinical oversight to the Acute Services Programs (Residential, HD, PHP, and IOP).Directly supervises Clinicians and SFSU Clinical Trainees to ensure the proper delivery of clinical services by providing weekly individual and group supervision.Oversees delivery and quality of individual, family, and group therapy clinical services within the milieu, including case assignments.Participates in the Acute Intensive Services intake process as required (reviews referrals for clinical fit in programs, attends weekly intake meeting).Leads the utilization management process to ensure that clients within the Acute Services Programs meet medical necessity for their current level of care.Collaborates and maintains relationships with outside partners and agencies around clinical issues (e.g., authorizations, discharge recommendations, care coordination, etc.).Ensures effective communication between all members of a child's care team, including attending CFT and other meetings as needed.Works closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure excellent documentation standards.Oversees and approves clinical documentation within established timelines and ensures that documentation meets programmatic guidelines.Provides treatment as needed if supervisees are out or unavailable.Interviews and hires Acute Intensive Services clinical staff and addresses staffing issues as they arise.Works in collaboration with the Acute Intensive Services Programs Director around program development and program implementation by attending weekly Leadership meetings.Attend weekly staff meetings to collaborate with Milieu Managers to ensure consistent care of clients in the milieus.Performs other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:This person must possess a license in the field of mental health (a master's or doctoral degree plus an MFT, LCSW, LPCC, Ph.D.)Minimum 2 years post-licensure.Must have completed BBS Supervisory Training CourseTwo years of clinical work experience in a therapeutic setting with children, youth and families that have been or are involved in issues relating to abuse (verbal, physical, sexual, and neglect).Must have awareness of trauma and how it impacts a family system.Must have strong knowledge of individual, family and group therapy practices.Must have knowledge of DSM-V diagnosing, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and case management.Strong assessment and evaluation skills.Ability to work with clients and staff from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds.Excellent verbal, written and consultation skills.Benefits:16 days of PTO the first year and more thereafterNine paid holidaysFive health and wellness days off annually10% additional pay for community-relevant second language fluencyMedical/Dental/and Vision plans403 B Retirement Plan with agency matchEmployee Assistance ProgramCommuter Benefits ProgramMedical and Childcare Flexible Spending AccountsPet InsuranceIdentity Theft Protection PlanPaid employee referral programFlexible work schedulesCareer advancement opportunitiesRetention bonuses for many positionsContinuing Education expense reimbursementProfessional licensing fee reimbursementProfessional Development reimbursement opportunitiesVerified Public Service Loan Forgiveness EmployerFollow our page on Linkedin and visit our website.#J-18808-Ljbffr
