We’re Hiring

Casa Recovery is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to partner with us in providing care for dynamic adult clients and support the Clinical Director. This would be a full time schedule Monday-Friday. Please note this position is on-site at our facility in San Juan Capistrano and will travel to the other facilities nearby when needed.


Position Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor must have previous experience providing individual and group therapy to adults, using evidence-based interventions, and will be required to work within a multidisciplinary treatment team during clinic hours. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing initial individual assessment, treatment planning, counseling, family sessions and discharge planning for clients referred for an inpatient/outpatient mental health and alcohol/drug treatment program. The therapist will participate in multidisciplinary treatment rounds and collaborate closely with the rest of the clinical and operations team. The therapist will also facilitate psychoeducational, experiential and process groups. In addition to carrying a caseload of clients, this position oversees the milieu therapy for a treatment program and may supervise interns. The therapist will have training and experience in trauma informed care, substance use treatment and crisis management.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an active license in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a substance use treatment center.
  • Experience and interest in working with adults.
  • Ability to travel for meetings and trainings.
  • Experience in evidence-based interventions, including EMDR and Brainspotting.
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Thorough understanding of confidentiality and appropriate documentation standards.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Possess strong listening skills and excellent verbal communication capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player that establishes positive relationships with other medical professionals.
  • Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel.
