**About the role**

Weee is looking for an innovative and hands-on process engineer to improve and scale our warehouse processes.

**Responsibilities:**

* Performs data entry as required for WMS Products at Enterprise level as required for escalation procedures. Researches and resolves any issues pertaining to data validity or report accuracy, identifies the cause(s), researches, assesses, solves and takes action to prevent problems from reoccurring

* Manage and execute multiple process continuous improvement and problem-solving projects simultaneously from conception through successful implementation, both independently and by leading or collaborating with cross-functional teams

* Manages designated work stream to meet business needs by translating business plans into tactical action items; communicating goals and objectives; overseeing work assignments; aligning team efforts; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying, communicating, and addressing improvement opportunities; assuming responsibility for decision making

* Lead Operations teams in hands-on troubleshooting of the manufacturing process for moderately complex safety, environmental, quality, and production problems and recommending and implementing solutions

* Research and challenge industry standards to tailor the best practical solution for Weee

* Collaborate with highly technical cross-functional teams to ensure that we achieve desired efficiencies with the lowest possible costs

* Coordinate design activity with outside vendors or internal departments as necessary. If resources are unavailable, perform own design and drafting as required. Redesigns or supervises the redesign of existing equipment to incorporate improvements relating to safety, machine reliability, product quality, and / or cost reduction

**Qualifications**

* Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field OR 5 years of experience in Industrial engineering, ecommerce, grocery retail, or manufacturing environment

* Experience with a warehouse management system- 2+ Years Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)

* Ability to understand basic Six Sigma concepts and interpret methodology results

* Demonstrated strong technical skills and personal drive in continuous process improvement and cost optimization

* Knowledge in process modeling and simulation is a plus

* 2+ years Experience with AutoCAD to develop facility layout

* This job operates in the Facility center

* Business travel need 30% +
