Key Responsibilities:

Network Planning and Scheduling is responsible for determining the routes, aircraft types, and timings of one of the largest and fastest-growing networks in the world. Analysts are responsible for evaluating widebody fleets within the United Airlines network and making adjustments to optimize aircraft schedules with consideration to operational criteria.

Develop aircraft schedules that meet operational criteria considering items such as aircraft flows, turn times, equipment type compatibility, gating constraints, crew availability, and other parameters Analyze network and fleeting constraints to assist in determining long-term fleet strategy Work cross functionally with commercial and operating groups to ensure viability of network plans Analyze fleet deployment to maximize revenue and minimize costs Perform ad-hoc analyses on the profitability of United Airlines route network and fleet Please note:

This position may be hired at the Associate Analyst or Analyst level, depending on candidate background, skill level and experience.

This is a Chicago-based, hybrid role.
