Our client is a global company that is growing and looking for a Lead Business Analyst SAP SD (OTC). You will make an impact working on a global team to support and implement ECC to S4/Hana and order to cash applications in the business units within the company. The team is growing and there are more growth opportunities available.


What you will do...


  • Be a knowledge expert within the Information Technology organization supporting all SAP Order-to-Cash applications
  • Ensure sales business requirements for various order to cash and related functions are translated into detailed functional specifications
  • Develop and oversee project plans, resource and capacity planning, testing, deployment, and documentation processes focusing on implementing regional and global strategies, particularly in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Identify approaches for new processes and recommend improvements to automate or simplify existing processes related to pricing, quoting, contract management, order intake, delivery, invoices, and customer payments.
  • Configure and test system processes and troubleshoot, document, and resolve system related issues 
  • Analysis of global business processes and procedures implemented in a single instance of SAP S/4 Hana 
  • Project Management
  • Some travel to other locations during migration


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of progressive experience
  • Configure, test, and support SAP (ECC and S4 Hana) SD OTC
  • SAP S/4 HANA migration experience from ECC At least two full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one of them being in S4 HANA version
  • Working experience with configuration and customization of SAP EDI solutions for quote to cash processes 
  • Knowledge of integration points and techniques between sales with other SAP components, such as finance and logistics, as well as 3rd party applications
  • Previous experience planning and executing large projects of SAP S/4 HANA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to write queries and debug ABAP a plus


Relocation to Chicago or Milwaukee is available for the right candidate
