Call Center Agent/ Licensed Insurance Agent
Our growing insurance agency is currently seeking both entry-level and experienced full-time Licensed Call Center Agents who are highly motivated, team players, and are interested in boosting their sales career. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Answer inbound and place outbound calls from/to prospective clients and customers
Determine eligibility by comparing prospect information to requirements
Inform prospects and clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information
Establish policies by entering prospect information and confirming pricing
Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems to IT department
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Texas Life and Health Insurance License required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
FFM certified, experience with ACA/Obamacare
Bilingual, written and verbal English/Spanish a plus
HOURS
Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm
