Summary

Translates the overall business vision for the Company into integrated marketing plans, tactics, projects, and deliverables. Develops and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote a digital-first presence. Develops techniques that efficiently track and monitor overall performance for the purpose of business intelligence that will guide and enhance current and future marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with Senior Leaders during the formulation of business plans, translating the overall business vision into integrated marketing plans, tactics, projects, and deliverables Oversees critical marketing functions to ensure the information and support for programs are effectively delivered including management of brand identity, media relations, trade shows, print advertising, etc. Maps and optimizes the customer journey, identifying touch-points and engagement opportunities Creates engaging messaging and value propositions around customer and industry pain points Leads the development, curation, editing, and deployment of compelling marketing content to attract, engage and retain visitors, and to promote sales growth Develops and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote a digital-first presence Collaborates with product suppliers to share best practices, develop joint marketing programs, and product launch campaigns Plans, coordinates, and executes event strategy, including establishing and coordinating message and themes, identifying demonstrations and exhibits, and developing new ways of delivering our overall message. Works closely with marketing operations team to efficiently track and monitor overall campaign performance that will guide and enhance current and future marketing initiatives Develops effective marketing teams and scalable processes to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans Manages marketing vendor selection, relationships, and budgets Participate in the full-range of people-management responsibilities, including performance reviews, compensation recommendations, coaching and development, hiring recommendations, disciplinary actions.

Experience

7 + years of experience in a Marketing-related function with 5+ years of leadership experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing or related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. Certifications, Business Licenses, Registrations, Other
