We are seeking a full-time, 40 hpw, front desk receptionist This position will support the Front Desk Director and Front Desk Manager in front desk operations, delivering a positive experience and exceptional customer satisfaction for Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness members, guests, and other stake holders. Schedule: Weekdays, 1pm-9pm Key Accountabilities Greet, engage with, and be attentive to Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness members and guests, practicing a positive, hospitality focused mindset. Be knowledgeable and able to provide accurate program, services, and membership information as well as answer questions regarding all WFWH&F offerings. Support marketing/promotional campaigns to drive awareness and interest among the Walmart/Sam's Club associate community. Assist with all front desk administrative duties, membership enrollment processes, check-in/check-out procedures, and tracking or record keeping. Demonstrate proficiency in navigating a member management system (ClubAutomation) including identifying and troubleshooting account errors. "Efficiently respond to client and participant requests, comments, or concerns in a friendly and helpful manner and bring issues to timely and appropriate resolution. Maintain an up-to-date, specific knowledge on participant and facility policies as appropriate, including Emergency Action Responses. Be able to recognize and respond to Educate participants on policies and procedures. Maintain effective relationships with department teams and participate in internal programs and special events including regular staff meetings and trainings. Opening and/or closing duties. Other duties as needed/assigned. Minimum Requirements 18 years of age or have earned a High School Diploma or GED. 1 year of verifiable experience in a Customer Service or Hospitality role. Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and AED certification through the Red Cross, the American Heart Association, or American Safety & Health Institute. Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools. Compensation: $14-$15.00 per hour.
