The amount of experience in the RV industry is less important than having the qualities of a helpful resource for the customer. Responsibilities: Finalize parts and accessories transactions by properly closing each sale, including suggesting selling of parts and accessories that benefit the customer. Successfully identify and fulfill customer needs and desires by helping them select the best parts and/or accessories solution. Research and order parts for customers if the item they need is not in stock Stock shelves and maintain a professionally merchandised store Follow up with customers in a timely manner. Qualifications: Body language We communicate all the time, even when we dont hear it Bring positive and effective communication skills to our Parts department. Hustle- The service team moves fast and so does the competition Above & Beyond- Our team believes in going the extra mile for our customers Attitude- We believe in hard work and having fun while doing it A positive and work-hard attitude will serve you well Passion- We are in the business or providing a lifestyle to those that are passionate about RVing.
