This position is specifically targeted towards people who want a fast track to managing a team, at our growing dealership and broader group of stores. We are committed to your success As part of our program, we will have manager training, weekly coaching, and development to improve your skills and expertise. Our sales team is strong, with the average performer making $110,000 annually, and the opportunity to make in excess of $200,000. The goal is to have you managing a team within the first year of your tenure here.As part of the Napleton team, you will be part of a family of employees that puts the customer first and brings integrity to work every day. As an Experienced Car Salesperson, your responsibilities will be very important to upholding the day-to-day operations.RESPONSIBILITIESAdvocate for customers You are their trusted advisor, and we put the customer first in everything we do, including our sales processEducate our customers. We have a wide range of products and offerings. You help customers every day solve complex finance and transportation problems.Develop a large diverse network of customers. Leverage both our technical resources and customer leads (be backs, no show appointments, lease returns, previous customers) to generate enthusiasm for our product and our team. Learn Build skills and expertise that helps you grow into management roles (finance, appraisals, desking)REQUIREMENTS2 years of relevant experience working in a high performing dealership or other relevant sales experience
