The Receptionist is responsible for all activities related to the scheduling of deliveries, billing, retail customer interaction, maintaining of patient files and logs and other tasks as assigned.

  • Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with client/patients
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Greet persons entering the office, screen and direct to right person
  • Manage and maintain company calendar - internal meetings, and management team, marketing out of the office, holidays etc.
  • Utilize basic Microsoft programs and applications
  • Filing of patient/company paperwork, as directed
  • Preparation and packing of resupply boxes, as directed
  • Perform light cleaning of office equipment and office area.
  • Purchase and maintain stocks of supplies for the office and cleaning areas.
  • Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with Company policy.
  • Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
  • Participate in the Company's Performance Management program as requested by the Performance Management Coordinator.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
