As an FP&A analyst, you will work with the CFO and other management playing a key role in financial planning and working across all departments to provide a wide range of financial and decision support information to the management and the business. Responsibilities: Assist in planning, developing, and executing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), facilitate and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and operating cash flow, identifying and analyzing unexpected variances and making recommendations on corrective actions. Perform customer and product profitability analysis. Create and maintain relevant financial and operational KPIs. Help prepare executive monthly presentations. Month-end reporting and analysis, including preparation of monthly division reports, and other ad-hoc requests. Conduct ad hoc analysis to support management decision-making for new business initiatives. Prepare and review a variety of complex financial data, maintain and update financial models and forecasts. Review actuals vs. forecasts, investigate material variances, develop tools for improving forecasting and actual results, and communicate them to the executive and management team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. At least five years of previous experience in finance, preferably in a complex financial analysis capacity. Accuracy in developing complex budgets and tracking budgeting. Excellent communication and written skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple deadlines and tasks with diplomacy. Strong ability to work under pressure. Work on a variety of problems of complex scope where analysis of data or solutions requires an evaluation of intangible, variance factors. Previous experience in a financial analyst position preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with Expert Level experience in Microsoft Excel, as well as superior PowerPoint skills to manipulate and present complex information in a usable format. Retail industry experience preferred. Strong knowledge of SAP is a plus.
