Based at our National Support Center, located in south Denver, Colorado (I-25 and Colorado Blvd) , we are seeking a high-energy Marketing Coordinator to be a part of our Marketing Department.

HYBRID WORK OPTION

(2-days home / 3-days in office)

Do you have what it takes to be a successful Tuff Shed Marketing Coordinator?

  • Take charge of planning, creating, and managing monthly email campaigns
    for our customers on behalf of our sales channels, ensuring timely delivery and optimal content to drive sales and engagement.
  • Coordinate with Tuff Shed locations nationwide to determine material quantities for mass ordering and share shipping tracking
  • Work closely with the Marketing Project Specialist to fulfill and maintain marketing materials for the internal online store, including inventory management and shipping and reporting on accounting
  • Serve as the main point of contact for ordering and shipping ad hoc marketing materials and supplies for special events
  • Coordinate the shipment of iPads for home shows to Tuff Shed stores nationwide, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management
  • Assist with customer service issues, directing feedback to field managers for issue resolution.
  • Support event planning for corporately hosted meetings and nationwide events.
  • Make local pick-up and drop-off deliveries as required
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns for local special events, collaborating with the Tuff Shed stores nationwide to ensure that email content aligns with event promotions and schedules
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong attention to detail - produces accurate, thorough, and effective work product, completes job and work products in a timely and efficient manner
  • Good interpersonal skills - effectively adapts behavior or responses to fit situations and work assignments, ability to get along well with others
  • Has well-developed written and oral communication skills; communicates well with others, using both verbal and written skills, listens to and carefully considers input and feedback from others
  • Ability to solve problems using sound logic and exercise good business judgment
  • Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form
  • Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that create a professional image for Tuff Shed
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 1-2 years in marketing coordination or similar role, internships or part-time roles may count towards experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of traditional, digital, and content marketing methods, preferred
  • Intermediate level MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Hands-on computer skills in internet applications; experience in utilizing Customer Relations Management (CRM) software - including JDE, Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud or similar systems is highly preferred
EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma or requisite experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or requisite experience within marketing or business discipline preferred
