The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the Denver Metro marketing team who supports LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s (LIV SIR) brokers with their marketing requests and production needs. This position reports to the Director of Regional Marketing and is responsible for providing marketing support for various marketing pieces that elevate LIV SIR's marketing efforts while broadening the company's reach within the Denver Metro area. They will manage the process for LIV SIR's resort co-op ads will also own recurring marketing projects to support the regional marketing managers. The ideal candidate must be a team player with a positive mindset and good communicator who is able to give and take constructive feedback, effectively collaborate with brokers and staff, prioritize workflow, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assemble and proof marketing collateral, digital and print assets.
  • Act as a consultant for LIV SIR’s broker-support and property marketing in support of regional marketing strategy.
  • Manage projects for key programs within Asana, LIV SIR’s project management platform.
  • Collaborate with creative team to build and schedule monthly email newsletters.
  • Work with PR team to aid in social media execution, template development and ideation of new social series to highlight our premium metro properties.
  • Work with creative team and marketing managers to build Weekly Marketing Update (WMU) emails and share to marketing managers’ accounts weekly on Mondays.
  • Attend office sales meetings across Denver Metro to build broker-facing relationships and present relevant metro marketing updates.
  • Monitor the shared marketing inbox, respond to emails in a timely manner, and loop in relevant team members as needed.
  • Provide assistance and training to brokers on various systems and tools.
  • Develop standard responses and job aids to help brokers navigate systems effectively and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects.

SKILLS

  • Exceptional communicator (written and verbal) with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster relationships across functions and offices.
  • Excellent problem solver – A relentless focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop required. Knowledge of all Adobe Suite programs a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Experience working in a customer service or account management environment required.
  • Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail including proofreading and copy-editing skills.
  • Extremely organized and able to multitask.
  • Must be able to graciously accept and utilize feedback.
  • Knowledge and experience of marketing within the real estate industry a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary range dependent upon experience. ($60k-$70k)
  • In addition to base pay, LIV SIR provides employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) and other plans.
  • Full-Time employees are eligible for Vacation and Sick Time in accordance with our Paid Time Off Policy. Additionally, the company observes 12 paid holidays.
  • Hours are 8:30 - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
