Support recruitment strategy by connecting quality candidates with a fulfilling career for our growing North American companyBetter togetherThis position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesPerform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our warehouse operation, especially technical, high level or confidential roles.Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking.Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.Work with interviewers and hiring managers to compile candidate recommendations and prepare applicant files for review by senior leadership.Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruiting team.Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.7+ years of experience in recruiting or a related HR function.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.Travel to job fairs, recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations as needed.?BenefitsComplete medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts and wellness programs.401(k) with 6% employer match.Paid holidays and generous paid time off.Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education.Bonus programs that include annual performance, sales goals and profit sharing.Employee PerksFirst-class fitness center.Beautifully maintained walking trails.About UlineUline is North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.
