As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will champion HR initiatives within the Client's Division, emphasizing the creation of a productive and harmonious work environment. Utilizing your HR expertise, you will support areas such as labor relations, talent management, recruitment, compensation, and employee engagement. Additionally, you will develop strategies to achieve organizational goals while leading a small team of HR business partners.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted consultant to employees and management on HR-related issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party staffing agencies to attract talent for the organization.
  • Create, communicate, and implement effective strategies for managing labor relations within the team.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and needs.
  • Develop and track metrics to monitor progress and ensure accountability for HR objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of HR business partners, providing guidance and support.
