Job Specifics

  • Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
  • Hours: 20 / week
  • FTE Status: Part Time FTE: 0.5
  • Work Schedule: Days, 8am - 4:30p; three days one week and two days the other. Weekend rotation ~1 in every 7or 8, Saturday on site and Sunday on-call; holiday on-call rotation (1 per year).

Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to patients across the continuum of care which involves nutrition assessment; determination of nutrition diagnosis(es); developing a care plan; implementation of tailored nutrition interventions including education for the individual or group; periodic monitoring, evaluation, reassessment, and revised interventions designed to manage or prevent the disease, injury, or condition for which the Dietitian provides nutrition care.
Qualifications:

  • Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration required. Certification by the State of Wisconsin, if not already certified, required within two months of hire.
