Position Summary The Director, CX Systems role is pivotal in advancing Empower's commitment to delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions. This leader will craft and drive the Salesforce roadmap, optimizing business value and aligning cross-functional priorities to ensure a high-impact, cohesive product vision. Join us in this role to shape transformative solutions that expand access to quality, affordable medication, fulfilling Empower's mission to improve health and well-being for all. Duties and Responsibilities Leads the development and prioritization of a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs to maximize product value and performance. Guides cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while fostering teamwork. Develops and executes a comprehensive Salesforce strategy, integrating it with the Datalake and other digital solutions to ensure seamless data flow and alignment with business priorities. Oversees the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce platforms, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, security, and data synchronization across tools like Application Programming Interfaces and Extract, Transform, Load processes. Defines, tracks, and improves key metrics aligned with organizational Key Performance Indicators and Objectives and Key Results, continuously evaluating platform performance and total cost of ownership to drive strategic outcomes. While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Knowledge and Skills Requires advanced proficiency in Salesforce development and administration, Agile methodologies, backlog management, data analysis, and familiarity with customer relationship management best practices to drive strategic, customer-centric solutions. This role demands excellent communication, strategic thinking, adaptability, collaborative leadership, and the ability to balance competing priorities while engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision. Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 12 years’ experience within a product management or ownership capacity with a strong background in Salesforce platform management and stakeholder engagement in cross-functional environments required, with experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry highly preferred. Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field; Master of Business Administration or equivalent highly preferred. Certified Scrum Product Owner certification preferred; Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, preferred; Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt highly preferred.
