Conexon Connect is a rapidly growing company working with Rural Electric Cooperatives to build advanced fiber to the premise (FTTx) networks nationwide.The Account Executive position for Conexon Connect is responsible for helping Connect grow their presence with both residential and business locations in the communities we serve. The Account Executive will be responsible for the selling of Fiber and Voice services to businesses as well as residential services. Additional duties will include attending community events in your assigned territory, working with the Electrical Coop(s) in your territory to develop sales action plans, and collaborating with teammates to help promote the success of the team.Requirements Must have their own vehicle that is insured, maintained and in good working condition for travel within assigned territory.Must maintain a valid driver's license.Positive, high energy, and excellent communication skills.Contributes to building a positive team environment.Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.Uses time efficiently; Prioritizes and plans work activities.Access to stable internet connection for video calls and VoIP calls.Must maintain good hygiene and professional appearance for face-to-face meetings with members.Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.Follows instructions and responds to management direction.Strong communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Consistently at work and on time; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.Strives to continuously build knowledge skills via training and development opportunities, and shares expertise with others.Key Responsibilities of Role: This is a Residential Sales role.Ability to generate leads, manage sales funnel, and sell/upsell/cross-sell products and services to Residential members.Actively engage in cold calling of prospective customers via door-to-door sales.Schedule appointments, follow up emails, quoting, and closing.Completes and updates all applicable sales forms and call reports to ensure a complete and timely flow of sales information to Manager.Build sales strategy to ensure both long and short term goals, objectives, and quotas are met.Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing members while achieving profit and revenue objectives. Set and Run Appointments at Customer locations independently. Ensure that our members receive the highest level of Sales and Operational Customer Service. Solicits member feedback to improve service. Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needs.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.Maintains product information and prices, call lists/lead lists to enhance sales activities through planning activities based on accurate and precise information.Must consistently hit or exceed sales goals.May be asked to attend marketing events in/around assigned territories, trade shows, etc.Performs any other related duties as assigned.Reports directly to Director of Sales.Company Benefits Include:Paid time offFull benefits (i.e. health, dental, and vision)Life insuranceLong-term and short-term disability insuranceRetirement benefits
