Als Senior Mendix Developer heb jij een passie voor digitalisering en de drive om snel en op maat gebruiksvriendelijke bedrijfsapplicaties te ontwikkelen. Je bent in staat om samen met je team de juiste gebruikersvereisten te verzamelen en innovatieve applicaties te ontwerpen, bouwen, testen en implementeren op basis van het Mendix lowcode platform.Je vervult daarbij een belangrijke spil functie tussen de business en IT en hebt maximaal impact voor de klant. Door het realiseren van een succesvolle digitale transformatie draag je bij aan het vergroten van de toekomstbestendigheid én de glimlach van de klant. Je hebt ruime ervaring met Mendix projecten en eventueel een leidende rol in projecten. Analytische vaardigheden en een groot probleemoplossend vermogen zijn voor jou de veel gehoorde sterke competenties. Je bent in staat om complexe vraagstukken te doorgronden, hebt een absolute passie voor het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen en technische vraagstukken. Daarnaast haal je voldoening uit het verzorgen van bijv. Design thinking workshops bij klanten én zit het pionieren met nieuwe technologie in jouw bloed. Tijdens de projecten neem je graag onze junior consultants onder jouw vleugels en begeleid je hen en de klant om tot impactvolle oplossingen te komen. Wat vragen wij van jou?

Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding, bij voorkeur IT gerelateerd Ervaring met mobiele applicatie ontwikkeling en proces- en data integratie Een drive om jezelf én andere continu verder te ontwikkelen en kennis te delen Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands & Engels Een volledige uitrusting zoals leaseauto (of mobiliteitsvergoeding), telefoon en laptop De mogelijkheid om actief bij te dragen aan een groeiende organisatie De mogelijkheid om je carrière verder vorm te geven door middel van diverse training faciliteiten en gedegen begeleiding door onze Mendix guru’s Je wordt onderdeel van een betrokken organisatie die naast het werk veel leuke dingen samen doen zoals onze jaarlijkse zomer BBQ, ski-trip en kerstdiner Je hebt reeds meerdere jaren ervaring als Senior Mendix developer, vervult een leidende rol binnen projecten en begeleid jouw collega’s.
