are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join

their

team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of

the

clinic.

As a Front Desk Coordinator

,

you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The Front Desk Coordinator will work closely with healthcare providers, support staff, and patients to ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Focus:

Patient Check-In/Out: Greet, verify, and assist with check-in/out, schedule follow-ups, and collect payments.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments, maintain accurate records.

Communication: Handle phone calls and emails, assist with inquiries and scheduling.

Insurance Verification: Verify insurance, explain coverage, assist with referrals.

Records Management: Maintain and secure patient records, ensure compliance.

Payment Processing: Handle financial transactions accurately.

Patient Comfort: Maintain a welcoming waiting area.

Coordination: Collaborate with staff for efficient patient flow, follow protocols for emergencies and compliance.

Skill Set

High school diploma or equivalent (

Bachelor's

degree preferred).

Previous experience in a medical office or

dermatology

setting is advantageous.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using electronic

medical

records (E

M

R) and scheduling software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
